I played 23 games of pool all by myself. On a valley table. I put in a $20 bill it gave me three games for free. The games were a dollar each. Took me less than 3 hours to finish all those games knocking all the balls in. Anyone else ever played this many games in a row?

Play 9b + 6b, you'll have 46 games. If you can get someone to play $ on the 5b also, you can get 2 games & 3 $$ balls out of each rack, most efficient way to work a barbox!

That's funny because yesterday I played 23 games of pool all by myself. On a valley table. I put in a $20 bill it gave me three games for free. The games were a dollar each. A friend and I played 100 straight games of 9 ball. Started before sun went down and did finish until the next morning. It was fun, but probably won't try it again.

My brother and I had just finished watching "The Hustler"; we decided to try and play straight pool for 24 hours straight, went to a 24 hour pool hall in Houston (Cornbreads)...we got to 18 hours without a break, had moved to 8 ball at some point during the night, and quit...I was 23 years old, in great shape, and was smoked...I felt numb below the waist, my back was shot and I was seeing things out of the corner of my eye. Never tried it again. I routinely shoot 3 and 4 hour sessions, occasionally will do 8 hour session during tournament play, but it hurts. I will normally run through 40-50 racks of 8 ball or 9 ball on my Diamond at home.

I think you missed your chance. I heard that when Ronnie Allen was in long sessions at Cochran's in San Francisco, he would call over to the counter for "a glass of beer and a straight shooting pill" and they knew exactly what to bring him. I imagine Cornbread's was not much different. o_O

Pool is kind of like sex...no matter what you do, or even imagine, it's already been done.

Played a 4 handed game called Chicago or also known as 1 and 5 for 3 days straight.
The Coke (nose candy not the drink) ran out after 2 days and the last day was brutal.
There was a 25" TV with a VCR and a stack of porn tapes.
Pool ,porn and Coke.
This was the era of coke in the '80's
"Those were the days my friend we thought they'd never end."

The 3 free games don’t count. You only played 20 games. Sorry lady, but the current world record still stands.

I played somewhere between 50 and 60 games of 9 ball one night, I'm sure there are many who played many, many more. 23 games of pool really isn't that many. The streams where the players race to 120 usually play until 1 player hits 40 wins for the day, that could be as many as 79 games of pool not including warming up.
