On the chalkboard it says "mesa & and spotter 15%". Mesa means table. Who is the spotter? Is that the guy racking and marking the table when they shoot over a ball? 15% of what?

I'm guessing they pay 15% of the pot to the table time and the spotter dude.

I think those conditions are a reason the Filipinos are so tough in action. They learn to shut out all the external stuff.
