Dennis Orcullo banned from USA for five years

There was a Black community outside of Houston, Kendallia, on Interstate 10 West that was notorious for its speed trap. The JP was a barber. The Feds passed a law stopping speed traps by small towns on the Interstates.
We had two speed-traps here in Oklahoma made the national news. BigCabin is on I-44 and has U.S.69 running thru it. Town made like 80% of their money off tickets. State made them quit writing tickets for like 6mos.

Same thing here in Missouri. There was a "very" small town next to one of the casino's that was a shortcut to the casino thru "town". They had 2 new police cars and a trailer for court. The "city" has maybe 20 residents but 2 full time police officers and judge. The state eventually stopped them from writing so many tickets as there is a state law that only a certain percentage of a city/town income can come from tickets. It didn't take long after that ruling this "police" was shut down and the cars sold.

Depends on the direction you're headed.
Funny related story: English is my ol' lady's second language so she says things that "come out wrong" quite a bit. A while back she was venting to me about a guy at work she didn't get along with. His name is "Colin" and she kept referring to him as "Colon". I couldn't keep a straight face when she kept using "Colon" in her story. Finally I had to interject and tell her "honey, I think I know what the problem is between you two".
doesnt the colon come before the ass?? 😂 😂 :geek:

We have organized on FB - "Free Dennis!! He is America's pool." You can find more info there. We are not actively soliciting money from anyone. The core group of four or five have agreed to share the costs of Dennis' legal fees. If anyone wants to contribute they can.
According to AZB rankings...Dennis raked in over $166K US dollars which you can live like a king over in the PI and that doesn't include sponsorship and gambling on the side...appears he should have the funds on hand.

For someone who posts so much on here, your reading comprehension is very low. It has been posted on here and the other thread that Dennis DID NOT break any written rules for immigration into this country. What happened to him was a judgement call made by immigration agents in Los Angeles, which I've come to find out is a very strict jurisdiction for a foreigner entering our country. If he had entered somewhere else he may have gotten a pass. Dennis had no way of knowing that repeatedly using a valid B-1 visa he would run into any kind of problem. He never got any warning that his comings and goings were being tracked. This was his warning, a five year ban!

Well maybe I will say something that make sense, with all the technology DHS has to use I am sure those could be case of Dennis getting caught out of compliance.

Well Dennis win his battle? Time will tell and he is looking at a big legaa as l bill.

I not sure if Dennis the pool
Player has the crisis to have the court take his side.

Remember spending a lot of time in traffic court in West LA, one judge was Mr. No Mercy, he said ignorance, I did not know we’re not in his vocabulary.

He could have been a judged on locked abroad.

Wonder how this would have went down if American player dine same thing in Dennis country ❓

That's all fine and good, but outside of probably Jay, none of us know what kind of staking agreement he is on, so no telling how much of that he kept.

Yes, I remember that story well but there were several... Selma is another along I-35.

No clue what riddle you're trying to deliver. C'mon folks, the guy has been coming here for years to ply his trade. How fkng stupid does one have to be to snooze probably THE biggest threat to one's job? Too bad it happened and i hope it works out but i just don' get the indignation/sympathy over this.
I think it’s great Jay helps him out- Aside from that, everyone else should butt out with all their political and sanctimonious opinions.

Why is all leaving out the part that Dennis Was Banned ? I believe a Congressman can help, Am I wrong. If Dennis was banned Why would he try to reinter.

Well DHS has rules most traveler comply with.

If Dennis not being allowed in USA to play pool is on him no one else.

Think Dennis need organization skills.

If I cross paths with Dennis,I would clueless who he is.

Why are allowing non us citizen in to enough in country, m as the we need stricter law. Taxes on winnings, gambeling, and any income reported on 1099.

He wasn't aware of the infraction until he arrived in Los Angeles. This was an on the spot decision by an Immigration Officer upon entry. He was denied entry, forced to return the the Philippines and informed he could not return for 5 years due to the amount if time he was spending in the US vs the Philippines.

Dennis got in crap for violating an unwritten rule. It would take an immigration specialist to have warned him. Since he is not trying to immigrate, he ran afoul of their unwritten rule that can be enforced or ignored by field agents. I suspect being an unwritten rule it can vary from location to location.

There needs to be a standard and it needs to be in black and white. Left up to field agents to rule over somebody's life for five years with no warning is BS. I don't think what Dennis was doing was quite kosher but getting tripped up by some field officer's rule of thumb is garbage!

Customs Officer is a unique job we use have retired customs officers as neighbor.

He said enforcement was at will of agent, on little stuff, one day one thing was priority law enforcement.

New week the experience could be different.

I personally hate dealing with bs involved in flying, and traveling. Solution is don’t fly, US Airport security is a joke.

TSA is same people working security on 09-11-2001, now they are federal officers💩🤪

Agree. If there is total amount of time you can/can't stay it needs to be clearly stated.
