Buying Diamonds at tournament's

As said above it doesn't mean squat in a lot of cases. Go buy a new car, boat, RV. They couldn't care less about cash. They make their $$ off F&I(finance and insurance). Big ticket items are rarely purchased with cash. Cracks me up when people go to a new car lot and act like a big deal because they have cash. Profit margin on new cars is a lot less than people think. Call Diamond up and offer cash for a new table. They won't be impressed believe me. People are lined up to pay the going rate.

Well if your buying car for CASH💰, negotiate like your CREDIT BUYER, then when income to drawings document spring your trap.

I have 8 tables with lights at a cost of
5500
5500
5000
5000
4000
4000
3500
6300 plus 1k for Littman light

Totaling 39k

Versus 56 to 64k from your "network of licensed dealers".

It's called price fixing and Diamond excels at it.
Used tables, big deal😅

Maybe not as good as a new Diamond, but I'm happy with a used GC IV.

Around here car dealers will try to charge more if they know it's a cash deal as they make more off a financed deal. It's seems to be that way with alot of big ticket items now days. I've heard of ATV dealers trying their hardest to discourage cash sales.

As we move more and more to a cashless society, cash means less and less by the day!!

I just wish Diamond made an oversize 8. I have to spend probably 5K to move poles if I go 9' route. I'd love to, maybe someday. I'm working on re-doing the basement but those support poles are gonna cost me and they would definitely be in the way more on a 9'.

Actually, the Diamond 8 foot has a larger playing surface than a standard 8 foot, 45x90 instead of 44x88-

There is nothing wrong with Gold Crown if it is got good cloth, good bumper, and level.

Remember back in 2950’s out BOYS CLUB had junk tables by todays standards.

We Kids at time would wait our turn patiently just to Play Pool.🙂

If you won you game, you faced next kid. If you lost, you got back in line.

WE WERE HAVING FUN PLAYING POOL.🤣

Sir, Diamond does make an OS 8' and its a 45"x 90" playing surface. Just a heads up if the pole is in the way with a 9', its like to to be with an OS8' as well, they are not much smaller at all. Good luck

There can be some truth to that. The lower end used car lots > "buy here pay here types" are selling finance deals with a car involved.

Also used lots don't have to disclose what they have in the car. Its easy to find what new car wholesale is. Used cars make most lots way more $$ than new cars per unit. Add in the financing and its all gravy.
