There are Diamonds also planned for upcoming tournaments.
Lots of tables get sold off the floor at venues…four inch pockets might be a hard sell…for the average player, a table , when the cloth gets broken in, will look like a three-cushion table when the cloth gets broken in.

According to a recent interview Diamond and Rasson are in talks about standardized pockets for these events.

No, I was just in London for 3 days. Had a wonderful time. Next trip will be in late June most likely. Possibly sooner if I have one deal close.

I mentioned it in another thread, the older I get the more I enjoy London.

I’m probably going to pop up at the Mcup this year. And 1000% derby.

I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy London in it's prime. Early to mid 70's.
Carnaby St., Mods & Rockers back before they started to 'Modernize' a classic city.
Doubt I'd even recognize it were I to return any time soon. Was engaged to a proper
young lady and shared the flat when I visited, with 3 other single young ladies. Was
there the day they went decimal with the money, talk about a circus, chucklin'

Here is a video showing the pockets of the tables. He shows them at about the 10:20 mark. He doesn't mention the actual dimensions of the side pocket but show two cue balls In the mouth.

Looks like the 4 3/4"-ish range.

Yes, very close to 4-3/4” sides - as tight as a side pocket should be. Appears to be about 1/8” between the balls and another 1/8” from the edge of the right ball to the point.
