"Past transgressions" is a bit of a stretch. He recently defrauded people with the cue he posted.

Also each time he takes a photo from a different angle, we get a new thread with it.

I think he has made his point by now, he has a Barnhart that he can't sell without lying to people.

Since when have you been the, "Voce of reason and advice?" I don't think he's unlocking any monster. If anything at this point this is becoming less "AZBilliiards" and more "Pool Parler".

Seems to me the seller sets, price, terms, etc they seek.

Buyer can ask for deviation, or lower price in offer.

Then ball is in seller court to say yes, no, or counter offer.

Personally there are members who if they PMed wanting to buy something I had for sale, I would ignore pm, not sell to them because that is my choice.

1.) Buyer contacted Seller.

2.) Buyer offered Seller FULL asking price, and asked the deal be done in escrow.

3.) Seller AGREES to terms, and names his preferred choice of escrow, saying he will reach back out once escrow is secured.

4.) Seller ghosts buyer, who never hears from Seller again, or Escrow service seller offered.

The above is not the terms of what it seems to be that the seller sets. The pattern shown above is more reminiscent of a scammer who refuses to deal either through Goods and Services, or Escrow.

Truth is I am very lucky. This buyer is an excellent reason to never use escrow. Hate it for him. I started to ask Cory or Marcus then thought screw this. This is a can of worms. Might be aCue busted in shipping times up to three chances? Watch me. Call a retailer tell them you want escrow. They will laugh in your face.

Like I said look at Nicks I-trade all things up, one down.

Manny deals, and positive feedback.

Escrow is only handing off item, not I sitter, and T crossed.

Nicks money back thing sound good, like other guy who did same with photo of cue for sale.
