hi ,
no visible Schreger lines (usually when there was an inlayed dot , it was done through the nerve, most of time) and no cracks filled with chalk ---> IMHO that's not an ivory ball.
it looks like an 'aramith premier' ball who spent decades in a septic tank, then sun dried , so I would suggest to not lick it -safety first-

it came with 2 other balls the exact size one the same yellowish and one more reddish, when did premier balls have dots like that? the size is 2.38 inch and the ball weighs 7.2 oz , i'm not sure a premier ball would be that size, an old brown breaker ball with a triangle also came with these 3 bigger ballshi ,

but your balls look small , they're 1mm less than the regular size (61.5 mm).

They do look like old composition balls but with the stains it's hard to tell. 2 3/8 used to be a standard carom size. From the 1915 Brunswick catalog:
There are tests for both ivory and phenolic if you want to try them. A brief search turned up a bunch including YouTube videos.
I think the black dot does not go all the way through, although the two dots are on a diameter. I'd guess they go no more then 1/4 inch into the ball.
