It's a very rare occurrence, a lot more uncommon that a 147 maximum break in snooker (176 maximum break's' as of April 2022), I haven't included 8-Ball matches due to them not being recorded under the TPA system, If you can think of any more I way have missed that I can add to this list, please point them out.
But, weren't they using a rack template? Not even close to Kaci 10 ball feat. 10 ball is a waaay tougher game.
(red + black) 15 times, then 6 colors = 36.A 147 only represents 38-strokes ...
What about the early break and strategy play?(red + black) 15 times, then 6 colors = 36.
Did you ask for pointers after the match and did he tell you to work on your lag?Ernesto Dominguez race to 7 vs. me, HardTimes Bellflower. I never shot.
We flipped for the break, so I didn't even get to lag. He made the corner ball on the break very time. I did get up to check the rack a couple of times, so at least I didn't just sit in my chair the entire match.Did you ask for pointers after the match and did he tell you to work on your lag?
Yes; see post #15 above. But, weren't they using a rack template?
Triangle racks are a different animal.
Work on your coin flip?We flipped for the break, so I didn't even get to lag. He made the corner ball on the break very time. I did get up to check the rack a couple of times, so at least I didn't just sit in my chair the entire match.
A while back i was playing a guy a race 5 in 9 ball.
I broke and ran the first 4 racks.
Back in the 80's I could play a bit.casual 4 pack, no big deal. good lord man that is mighty impressive.
So neither of you missed a shot.Ernesto Dominguez race to 7 vs. me, HardTimes Bellflower. I never shot.
would that not constitute a perfect match?I want to see a video of this: "Strickland became the first pocket billiards player to claim a $1 million check when he ran 11 consecutive 9-ball racks at the Professional CueSports Association Million Dollar Challenge in April. The tournament offered the money to any player who could pull off the highly-unlikely feat of running 10 straight racks."
I have been hearing about this forever, and have never been able to watch it. Was it even filmed?
I think the filming was incomplete so the insurance company didn't pay Earl the prize. I'm not sure how things shook out in the end.would that not constitute a perfect match?
I would pay to see this right now
I like the positive attitude! So neither of you missed a shot.

Not really. He may have gotten out of line had to bank balls. Maybe even missed a ball that went in a different pocket. I know he did make some combos on the 9.would that not constitute a perfect match?
I would pay to see this right now
No, the match was a race to 15, not 11, ending at 15-1. I don't know what Earl's TPA would have been for the full match, but it was not 1.000.would that not constitute a perfect match? ...
I’ve seen it twice….CJ Wiley has it available.would that not constitute a perfect match?
