Which Model and Year Meucci is this?

I received this as a gift from a friend. It belonged to her father who played in the local taverns with it but he has since stopped playing and she had no good use for it. I’m guessing this is a 90s cue. To my surprise it’s laser straight! Just would like to know about when this cue was made and model if possible. Yes, it’s ugly! Lol.

He recently moved to Virginia.
If anyone sees a tall guy that looks like Payton Manning it might be him.
