Went to a trick shot show with mike Massey and dr cue

This new pool hall close to my house had a trick shot demo tonight with mike Massey, dr cue, and a guy named steve.
the owner just had a 9 foot diamond delivered yesterday, so they used that beautiful table. Was pretty cool, good trick shots,
lots of Religious talk and story’s. These guys just like spreading the lords Message. Talked to the owner, (i have already been going for happy hour, at 6 bucks a hour) told him I’m all in. He’s spending money, a good place to play and practice, hes really tying to get the place going. He’s gonna get my money😎. im the short guy, mike is huge

I think Earl did a series of exhibitions with Massey and said Massey was the greatest exhibition player ever. I'm glad to hear he's still at it. Massey was amazing in this exhibition:
 
Mike loves what he does.

He’s a great guy and the only person in the world I’ve ever seen who can snap and bend the path of the CB on the table the way he does. Nobody’s close.

I’m proud to call Mike a very good close friend whom I have the highest respect for. We shared many good times together and I look forward to seeing him again. Anyone who has a chance to see him do a show or just meet him, your lucky.

Years ago, I took my wife to one of his exhibitions locally. After wowing the crowd for a while, he set up pattern combinations for people in the audience to shoot. First person he picked was my wife. When she came to the table and he saw how poorly she held a cue, he seemed a bit nervous about who he picked. But all 4 balls went into their designated pockets.

I don't like it when show people turn into bible thumpers.
I'm there to watch pool not get a sermon.
 
I was wondering if mike and dr cue were getting paid for this demo. So i was kind of unprepared for all of the religious talk and bible talk. Not being a religious man myself, it did not bother me To much, my enjoyment of the game came first. I’m pretty sure these guys just travel to different pool halls spreading the gospe.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

the pool hall is called aloha billiards, in Buena Park, ca. the owners name is Devon. hes really going all in, good prices, cold beer, family type athmosphere, lots of touraments. great place to shoot pool.

The Group putting on this event is called Gospel Trickshot Ministries, so its known that it will be religious themed. It's perfectly ok if that is not what you want to see and you have the choice to not watch.

I had the honor to "Caddy" for Mike while he did finger pool at one of our world championships and it is definitely a sight. Crazy how he can do that. His very large hands probably helps with that.

I do know they got compensated. Anytime one of us do a show we are paid. I actually was asked to be apart of this show but I am out of vacation time at work. lol. Glad you enjoyed some of legends of trickshots. The room sounds like a great place and I hope it does well.

Yup those hands, it’s amazing the power he has.
