No clue who the lady may be but there are bunches of ladies that can play pool! Even in the dark ages I knew a few from my earliest days of pool. A major chuckle because there were also a fair number of guys who didn't think any female could beat them playing pool! Oversized egos led to big crashes when they were not just beaten but very thoroughly trounced.

I would suggest a spot next time you catch up with the lady but it doesn't sound like it would matter.

Here is an Angela, good enough rating to be a possibility comparting to what I know a 550-600 can do (based on me LOL).

78. Angela Janic USA 573

There are probably 400 women in the country that can run out a rack pretty well as a guess going by Fargo ratings, and taking a wild guess how many that can and are not in Fargo and how many are under the top 100 but are good enough to break and run out more than once a month. Say a Fargo 500 should be able to run out a rack fairly often (once a night of league/turnament), the top 100 at 550+ should make it look natural and can do a two pack every so often. The top 100 US Women starts at 564 right now, and I am guessing there is a decent amount of 500+ female players behind that.

In my experience the quiet, demur, petite ones are the most dangerous, in more ways than one.

She is Angie Payne. Pop's suggested I join her league. Sounds like a good idea because currently she is out of my league. I have always been a big fan of playing people better than me. She was back at Clicks tonight to run thru her drills. I think I am going to get me some of those. They do come in cordless, right?
