The Academy is looking for someone to lead the Hotel and Travel Review board. After the DCC pool players want to be anonymous of their criticisms of hotel, air travel and scheduling at pool events.
Post or DM if your interested.
But everybody fits in at the pool room, unless you're a moron.

My Academy deals only with private air travel, luxury on-site accommodation and time tested standard schedules. I'm afraid I really can't offer much help with the trials and tribulations involved in such a low budget and non-existent operation such as yours.

The main difference with peda and andro is pedo should teach the youth how to explore their learning styles by experimenting with different exercises or challenges.
Andro is focused on adults and showing them how to set goals and expectations, followed up by instruction and experience.
Based on Team Mosconi results Team USA needs androgogy methods. Junior players benefit from pedogogy technqiues.
Simply put demanding young players like Savannah Easton or Joey Tate to have pro standards is irresponsible. Standards for young players should focus on community and discipline.
Team USA in Mosconi Cup has discipline and community; they struggle with planning and chemistry. They all have skills but lack the mental aptitude to play on their strengths and exploit the weaknesses of Team Europe.
