Not personalized, I think it's high teens

Not sure. I believe After Six were made late 70s early 80s? This one looks much different from my RB bushka from 2000s, in the length of points, inlays and butt cup.

Nope, I am not Bob Smith, and neither is the guy who wants to buy it. To me it looks cute and adds history. Not necessarily the value.

How did it get refinished and the two names are still there?

Wood did not need to be touched. The clear coat was not so clear anymore, but no dings. It was yellow to a point that it changed the color of the veneers. So, clear coat had to go, but sigs (Richard's scribbles ) could be saved.
