Good day Pool rooms managers 😊,
I'm Daniela Pedro, I'm a freelancer developer for software.
I working on project for software manage billiards clubs, I plan to do following functions,
  • Tables Page, Shop Page, Members Page, Report Page, Logs Page
from your opinion as your owner for club, what missed in our design?
and if anyone interest for this software design I can add him to figma project.

I assume you’ve linked Bar / Food & Beverage tabs as well as pool tournament management functions?
 
That’s harsh. He’s obviously European non English speaker. Maybe they use stuff like this at the private clubs in Europe. I wouldn’t wish Justnum in anyone; dude’s never followed through on anything in his life.

i added the shop page to put your Food & Beverage stock and function to sell them by cash and other payments options, Also have event section for tournament management

I cant understand what you mean and what is the problem in this, I got approval from moderator 'Mike' to post this thread, and this software project for graduate, i just need help, its not software yet.

I was referring to Justnum, who is a poster here that always says they are working on things, but never actually follows through.

I respect that you are seeking out constructive criticism and doing the best you can.

can anyone put me on contact with pool club owner to help me in this to test and help to tells me what club managers need to add to something like that
 
The table management software would provide room staff with control, and pool playing visitors access to their table rental information.

Billiard management staff would save a lot of time if pool players could use the app to manage their own time.

On a crowded night the line for equipment or table is bottleneck. To relieve that bottleneck self management software is ideal. Similar to fast food restaurants transitioning to self checkout machines.

Use the mention tag, so I get an alert for this consulting design.

The platform can be used for tournament management software.

In addition to the graphical display, there should be a display by text only.

A section to provide a record for table maintenance, age of cloth, or reported deformations of the table.

Equipment calibrations are done on most scientific equipment. A way to rank pool rooms based on the maintenance of equipment could be how your application becomes a profit center.

I've check phonebooks for pool rooms only to find the equipment is not in a proper pool room. Listing access to a pool table has a wide interpretation globally. Let's help the industry by demanding standards for room owners to participate service records of table equipment. Basically a QR code.

If there is a text only breakdown that would help a lot.

Thank you justnum. I have some questions -
About the equipment management, it likes print a QR on the stick and the system record which stick(QR) belongs to which room/table? Do we need to add a page focus on equipment management? I didn't know the procedure of a player open a table in room. Here is my guess -
  1. Player reach shop.
  2. Player rent the sticks, balls and maybe rub powder from cashier.
  3. Cashier open the light on the table.
  4. Player return the equipment and checkout, off the light.
If like this, the system would have a function that records the equipment out and in. Right? This way can prevent player put the equipment in a wrong place. We can even record the table cloth age, deformations status, table maintenance status on this page.

About the text only. You mean we would also have a text list mode to show the details of each table status?
