Why does it matter? The point is that he has learned CTE and is enjoying it very much.
The fact is that no matter what his status and accomplishments are you could easily find criticism to apply to the information.
Instead let's focus on the fact that someone is enjoying pool more because of having learned the CTE/ProOne objective aiming system.
Your position has been characterized correctly in my opinion.
No history is being rewritten. Readers can judge for themselves what they get from your content. If you feel misjudged then I can certainly sympathize with you there. However when the record is there for all to read then anyone is free to give their opinion of the content, which you have freely done.
Maybe if you'd stop misrepresenting it.

No one is misrepresenting it. CTE fits the definition of objective in the application of it. But, this isn't the thread for this discussion. You have been warned plenty of times to let this thread just be testimonials.

No actually it isn't wrong. The information you "want" isn't important for the purpose of this thread. You know it and everyone else knows it. It is simply another way to knock. It wouldn't matter at all whether the best player on the planet said he learned CTE and is having more success or an average player says it because the POINT of the thread is to post up testimonials of those who have learned it and are enjoying the game more because of it. So my OPINION that you simply want to knock CTE is more likely to be accurate based on the known history of your comments and criticisms.
What would be the goal of obtaining the extra information about the player's skill level and accomplishments? To assess their "credibility" in order to assign a validity level to the testimonial IN YOUR OPINION. And why would you want to do this? In order to KNOCK CTE by knocking the people testifying to their satisfaction with using it is the reason.
I KNOW that you all think you're being clever and trying to get around the direct order to NOT use this thread to knock CTE. So, if you want to risk being banned over your desire to inject your venom into this thread please continue. Otherwise maybe you can leave it alone and know that anyone who does HAPPEN to come here and read these testimonials is also LIKELY to read other threads out of the hundreds on the subject of CTE and get a full dose of your "questions", criticisms and objections to everything that has been said in support of Center to Edge aiming. Perhaps you can be satisfied with that. But if not then by all means continue and I will report you. My advice would be to let this go unanswered. Even though you claim I am wrong the smart move is to not pursue it in this thread.

Maybe he does. But if he learned it and reported back that he moved up to a higher division because of CTE then you would knock his testimonial. Already your "clever" little barbs have derailed the thread with sidebar conversation.
Well there you go again. I was interested in the playing level of the guy who got better using CTE. If you had just said "I don't know" or "beginner" then that would have been the end of it.

"content free"??? There is plenty of content. And yes, CTE Testimonials are "marketing" for the Center to Edge aiming method. Something that is free to learn and use. Some of us feel that this aiming method is worth promoting, with zero financial gain for us. So we collect testimonials of those who are enjoying more success with their game after learning and using CTE.
Apparently, it bothers you that people are putting up testimonials attesting to their enjoyment when they play using the CTE aiming method. That's a shame but I guess everyone has to have something they are into and what you are into appears to be trying to stop others from expanding their knowledge and increasing their ability as pool players.
You do realize you're the one responsible for the recent derail. If you just made the testimonial update and left it at that, then the rest of the chatter you do not want wouldn't be going on...
The pro CTE crowd here on AZB have always been their own worst enemies.

i know there is a dvd set, a book and a truth series on youtube.
are all those needed on combination or one is enough?

I think the most up to date is the book and the truth series.
Largely, the info you get here is based on ignorance so discussions here are completely fruitless, so if you are truly interested then go about the available teachings as needed. The Truth series is free, go there first. If that gets you going then that is the goal. If you need more info there is a lot more info in other free videos as well. I'd buy the book as a last resort, it's a tough read honestly. Tons of good info in there but it could be much easier to follow. There is also a facebook group with lots of info. The Pro 1 videos came out well before the book and while it's not technically outdated it is better explained in the book. I'm not sure you could even find the videos for sale anymore. I have all of it but it was all free to me.

He has something he thinks works, though he admittedly hasn't found a CTE method that suits him best. Good luck to him!
