The flukiest of flukes

Nah... pure video editing. Probably not too good at it either. Needed to crappy res to hide the wannabe CGI.

My vote of flukiest-fluke has to be the Reyes 'Z' shot. Mostly because of the notoriety. Love how everyone gobbles that one up.

Pretty sure it's not edited, watch the guy's head and the shaking of the ball return as it hits. I would guarantee that anyone that tried to make the fake shot would not have added in the ball return shake, it's not a detail anyone would think about looking for to go for a real looking fake. It's low res because it's very likely from a security camera.

Given enough games played, there are a lot of very odd things that can happen, even something like this. It seems every week I see something happen on a pool table I have never seen before. A few weeks ago, a guy went for a kick on a one ball, jumped off the rail, did a double jump over two balls, and scratched in the corner pocket across the table.

the pace of the ball and it's bouncing on the last rail is suspicious.

If the "real" ball bounced around on the table and dropped into that corner pocket then both his head movement and the pocket's shake would be legitimate, even if the actual path of the ball in the video were faked.

I have no clue whether it's fake or not and do not have the expertise to judge.

The strangest thing I've seen (no video, unfortunately) was someone slammed the rack on an eight-ball break and the cue ball pops up, lands on the rail bounces onto the bed, back onto the rail, then the bed again, then the rail, settles to a roll, back and forth spinning and creeping along ever slower on the rail...and comes to a perfect stop on the rail right on the line between the cloth and the wood, where a quarter millimeter in either direction would have had it fall off one way or the other.

Come on... The OB hops high enough off the second short rail on a crazy angle that differs from angle of contact. Only way that happens is if the rails has some crazy type of wear and is stiffer on one side of the OB or it has a ton of side english, which it wouldn't have at that point of travel.

Not to mention the way it manages to hit some type of ramp along the side pocket that doesn't exist which makes it hop flawlessly over the side pocket and maintain direction. Then uses the corner pocket as a 90 degree guide which mean it takes a hard right into the pocket and round.

really...?

It hit the point which is round. If you guys don't think it's the correct angle I'd love to play you some

Of course it came off the 2nd short rail at a crazy angle, its a snooker table so the rail is not straight in that area. It looks like he is the only one there, when that stuff is faked there's always people around the table who start high fiving when crap like this happens, I'm going with its legit a fluke.

I first thought it was real but after few looks i noticed object ball gained speed on to way to second rail i think it is fake.
