I like Omega, but they're a bit of a hike. If I was in West Texas, I'd send mine to proficient billiards in the mail. I may do that if I can't find someone local.

Fort Worth Billiards does good work. $15 tip replacement if you bring your own tip. I've never used Omega, so I cannot comment on their pricing nor quality of work. Great store though.
Yeah I can't imagine what Ben has seen in his years around pool. Just working at CJs must have been an experience, but everything before and after is probably fascinating as well.

That's a good lead too, thank you! I would prefer to avoid mailing unless necessary, but Seyberts was not a consideration until you mentioned it. I'm surprised I don't have more options in Dallas though. I guess it speaks to the dwindling nature of pool in the US.
