I know it seems a little silly to buy and have a second table. But at 66, shooting and practicing pool is a great enjoyment for me. I have a diamond 7 foot table inside, and now the valley. Wanted a valley as all the bars around me use them. Price was 1700, moved and delivered to my house. I had some simiones green 860hr already, so the installer installed it for me. I probally paid a little too much for the table, (installer said he paid 900 for the table from a bar). So 900, 400 to move and set up, 300 to reflect the table =1600. Not too bad.

Only hit one rack so far, wanted to cover it to see what the two dogs are going to do. They could care less looks like.

Lolllllllll now i know what they mean when they say BUCKETS!!!!! Anything close goes in the hole.

But it will be nice to play in the afternoon with a nice cool breeze blowing. Diamond will be for night playing.

That's awesome! Do you have it under a porch or something like that?

I have a GC in my apartment, and the leasing office has some junk 7' table with pockets that are cut like a Valley. I will say I love hitting a rack on that table every time I go to the office to get a fedex package:)

It’s under a covered patio. I plan on using two covers for the table. One a short cover, to cover the top, and ordered a longer cover that will cover the whole table.

Nothing silly about it. I have 2 tables, my 9' Gold Crown and a 7' Valley, Im fortunate enough that both fit in the basement.

I thought about doing this before and my idea was to make a waterproof wooden top that would fit snugly over the top and extend down the side a bit. Would require two people to remove, but would become a table when removed. And also act as a table when covered... might come in handy. Fairly easy if you have some wood working skills.

It won't last long if its really humid there. Valley never intended for these to go outside. I don't know what type of adhesive is used in building the main box. Doubt its water-proof.

Putting 860 on a Valley is a cheat code. For proper Valley play cut up a 3.5x7' hole from your bedroom carpet or an old Persian rug and put that on there, it'll be closer to bar felt.
