Responding to feedback is one thing, giving in to crybabies is another. You can please most of the people most of the time, but you can't please all the people all the time!

If 99% of the population playing on Diamond pool tables don't have the same complaints as the 1% of the population that are doing all the complaining, how important is that 1% of the population????

NOT important whatsoever in my book!!!

If you're referring to Diamond i don't have a clue where you come by this conclusion. They are built like tanks and the co. responds very fast to questions/issues. Olhausen was NEVER the standard for compet. pool and B'wick turned its back on big-time pool yrs ago. Valley bb's have a slate not much thicker than a sheet of cardboard and they play like it. Coin mechanism is like something from the dark ages. Hope i never play on another one.

Anytime i message them Chad usually responds within 24hrs or less. I don't know anyone or business that has had issues with D tables. Not saying they are perfect but compared to their comp. they are way better. Try messaging Brunswick. Get ready for 'crickets', you'll be lucky to hear a single word back. Since they got bought by Escalade Sports things may have changed but seeing how Brunswick is NOWHERE on Escalade's list of brands probably not.
 
I'm sure these 3 so called members have been banned before, Mike is checking their IP addresses just to make sure. And by the way they're attacking me and Diamond continuesly, it wouldn't surprise me if they were all Predator trolls!! They know way to much for being on AZB for less than a year, and almost all the posts made by PowerStroke have been right here in this thread!!

I assure you, I just really don't like 7 foot Diamond tables. I've not attacked you at all. I think your approach to prospective customers is poor, your response to criticism of the product is poor, and think you are generally an unpleasant person. Way to go tattle though. Very mature.

That's a pretty bold statement to make about me and my prospective customers, seeing how you know nothing about all the things I do in business, and the fact that I DON'T lack for customers waiting on my services😉

If, if, if, did it ever cross your mind that MAYBE you wouldn't even have enough money to hire me in the first place??? Fact is, all you can say is "IF" become you don't have shit to be interested in, in the first place!!

That's like saying "IF" you were building pool tables, you'd build better tables than Diamond! Yet, you ain't built shit!!! Talk is cheap buddy!!!
