Big foot

Holy bejesus

What happened to this event? Used to boast almost whole field of 800+. This year miserable only half the field are 800+. And a 600+ in the field , probably the worst Bigfoot field ever. No offence to 600+ Max Adams, he must be a nice guy but he has no business being in this field ("no offence" or "with all due respect" are probably most common phrases you throw in after or before you "knock" someone. Not sure which is commonly used. Usually you also throw in an overused compliment like "nice guy"). Last year field was equally poor except it did not have a 600+.
The recent International Bigfoot event had far better field almost all 16 were 800+ and top prize money $8K and entry fee $500 there were half of this event

My guess is Filler to win this over Gorst. Filler just has that extra killer instincts wants to win more badly than Gorst who looks like Ghost or deer in headlights when he is up against the really elite players- no offence to Gorst fans :ROFLMAO:

Alex's and Max's percentages today must be somewhere in the .600's. Never seen Alex play this bad.

Now I see they've posted the numbers, with Max at .733 and Alex at .688. What those numbers don't tell you is how many of those misses were on the last 3 balls.

Holy bejesus

Well the players need to find a backer for $1000, against a killer field. It's always been roughly like this from what I remember. Half killers, half a hair under the killers, and 1 or 2 A players to fill the field. Our own Fatboy played in the first one or two, when he was putting up the added money.

Max let him slip away.

Pagulayan probably just set a record -- lowest TPA (.714) in winning a Bigfoot match.

BF has been 16player for some time now. They've never had 800 afaik. No way they'd ever get done

Only if you’re using it as a player
I'm not trying to diminish those skilled with a jump cue, but I like using 1 cue. If breaking didn't beat up the tip so much, I wouldn't want a break cue. I don't really see it happening, but it would ruin the game if it people started bringing out a draw shot cue, a spin shot cue, etc.

I’m gonna ask the dumb question. I’ve been here for a while…Why are the Derby threads not under the Derby Forum thread? I would figure we would be there but I guess we get threads in the Main Forum for more interaction?
