Anybody have a video of the 90 degree spot shot?

I'm looking for video of the spot shot with the cue ball in the foot corner and shooting object ball off the spot into the opposite bottom corner.
Also the Vernon Elliot bank where both balls are frozen on the long rail and the OB goes cross corner. I've got the side pocket version.
Thank you all!

I think he's looking for this:

It's like the video quality got a lot worse since I posted that or my expectations have gotten a lot higher. Everything is 4K now and that was about 256.

That was the first time I made that shot, a couple of weeks after I decided it might be possible. I think of it as a one-hour shot, as in I can make it about once per hour.

17 years ago. My, how time flies.

I remember seeing this, setting it up, and deciding I'd never be able to do it. You almost have me curious enough to try now. I remember being surprised it was possible because I didn't think you could throw the ball much hitting it that firm and thin. Anyway, great shot Bob!

The balls have to be dirty (with chalk) or there's not enough throw. Joe Tucker has a video of the Vernon Elliott cross-side bank that's amazing but it only worked because he had been using the balls (and a lot of chalk) for hours.

Lots of examples of “impossible cuts,” including 90° cuts and Vernon Eliot banks can be found here:

Enjoy!
