I just broke 25 racks of 9-Ball. From various positions. I had three (3) chances to run out. I got out once. I hosed them up twice. I say twice but one of them was a somewhat difficult position play.
After the last rack (#25) where nothing was made I took BIH and attempted to run out. I made a couple of good shots to get to the 5B but missed on the 5B trying to get position on the 6B. Here is the shot I missed. It was of medium difficulty and I slightly overcut the 5B.
Anyway, the point being that of those 25 racks I failed to make a ball at least half the time. Probably more like 16-17 times nothing went in.

Happened a lot to me this weekend at apa nationals. They play with diamonds with 4 3/4 pockets out there lol
What kind of rack do you use? I'm willing to bet you have more difficulty racking then anything else.
I use a template rack for at home practice. it's just faster and saves your back.
Record yourself playing the ghost in a race to 5. Put it on Youtube as Unlisted. Then only people with the link can watch it. I think having knowledgeable people being able to see first hand what you are experiencing and assess other things you may have going on would be invaluable.

I have the rack from Outsville.
I just went back down to the table and broke 19 more racks of 9Ball. Nothing. No chances to run out. Either no balls made or had no shot. The last rack two balls went in but I ended up completely snookered and no shot on the 9B.
I just threw - YES, THREW! - the cue down, shut the dehumidifier off, turned off the light, and came back upstairs. I am sick and tired of this. Literally sick and tired. There has to be something wrong. It can't be this bad without something being wrong.

How old are your balls?
This is actually a legit question. Do you clean them often? Harder to get a good rack with older balls as they could be slightly smaller.

I am currently using the Crown set of balls. I got them down at Nick Varner's store in Owensboro about four years ago. I also have the Super Pro set and the Centennial set.
Before I play again I will brush the table and then wipe it down with a damp cloth. And use the Simonis X-1 cleaner. And I will also clean the balls.

Triple check all the balls are touching. Even with a template rack, sometimes the balls need to be finagled a bit to rack tight and they certainly will not rack tight if they are old, worn and different sizes.
There is no way you can be helped if we cant see what is wrong...

Seriously, you aren't going to get laughed at. As far as being made fun of it won't be any worse than what people already tell you in every thread you post. Believe it not, most of us are here to help each other in stuff like this. You will get a lot of feedback... and most of it will be helpful.
The short answer is no .
The two biggest mechanics no longer recommend Artemis cushions for Brunswick.
They recommend Superspeed by Brunswick.
I usually manage to spread the balls around. Just nothing seems to find a pocket. And if one or two go down I just seem to never have a decent spread. No shot on the 1B or the 2B stuck in an impossible spot.
I am going to check and see if any top player in the Evansville area would consider coming up to my house and try and help me.
