The Olhausen tables are cut at 4 1/2. they look to be playing surprisingly well. Filipina Centeno at 778 Fargo is a super straight shooter and knows pattern play- she has to be a top favorite here- she just destroyed JoAnn Mason Parker 7-1-- Parker just was never in the game she was totally steam rolled by Centeno. I just don't see these American pro women even close to someone like Centeno - it has to be a very dejecting feeling to meet someone of her caliber in this tournament.
The speed of Centeno’s play is also incredibly fast

She is the female pool player version of Rodney Morris - super relaxed approach with extremely confident stroke.
First time I saw her was today - her high gear was there and I believe that you are correct in your assessment.
Good to know. Most of the gals are like watching paint dry. They're getting faster but still a lot of snail's-pace play.
They changed the balls out for Thursday, had a lot of complaints on the black balls from what I heard.
Have you been at the venue? I am thinking about bringing my 8 year old daughter along tomorrow to watch. Just wondering what the spectating situation is like?

Yes, but on the 1-loss side playing Tzu-Chien Wei on Friday.
No, but a friend of ours was on Wednesday. They are friends with a couple of the top pro players. We were going to go one of the days as we have a summer place 30 min from there, but things came up at home and as I fish alot there, there has been a lot of spotty rain so we are staying home. I think admission is $23
They have a big event planned for the girls tonight that I wasn't sure was going to happen, but looks like weather is breaking, hopefully will for them.
