This terrible. MR is doing more to hurt its rep with its streaming platform than anything else.

How can tables 2 and 3 still not be showing on day two? All we are seeing is lopsided matches.

Has anyone actually complained to support?
 
You can’t even get to see the brackets and live score without paying.
I understand that they need the funds and the support and I’m OK with paying for streaming but brackets? Come on…

My friend from Norway said he paid the $10 to subscribe to WNTTV-dot-com, and nothing happens. He cannot watch it. He tried matchroom-dot-live and WNTTV-dot-com. Very frustrating. He is a huge pool enthusiast.

Actually, both the draw and live scoring are available for free. Go to Matchroompool.com and, on the menu, select "live scoring" to sign up. Matchroom's live scoring platform is, in my opinion, excellent.
 
Stream matches suddenly have a "Monty Python's Flying Circus" feel to them. Commentators keep talking about the elevated pressure that comes with playing on the stream table, yet the stands are near empty, so the matches almost qualify as being played in private. There's more pressure playing on the stream table at Turning Stone or the Music City Open than this.

I have submitted complaints via their "WNT.TV Help" link on wnttv.com. No response.

This is the first acknowledgment of any issue I've seen, on the Table 4 stream on youtube.

There are 2 youtube streams running on the BetVictor Championship League Snooker event, it is almost as if all of their IT is doing that event and can't handle another.

All tournaments in the middle east except maybe the Knight Shot Open are like this. For some reason fans don't want to travel to the middle east, go figure.

I agree they need to do something to fill the stands. I wonder if they charge to get in. If they do, they need to axe that charge. If it's already free, do something else to entice fans.
 
If anyone is interested Carlo Biado is up 1-0. Of course we can’t see it even though it’s being played on table 1. They won’t get another freaking penny from me on tournaments outside the USA.
