Background:
I'm currently using a 3 piece PoolDawg / Action break / jump cue with a phenolic tip but realizing after using it for a year I don't like the phenolic. And after a year of league play have only broke it down twice to jump with it besides practicing at home.
Lately at home I just break with a one piece wooden cue with a leather tip and I feel like I break so much better with it.
Thoughts:
My thoughts are I don't need a 3 piece cue and feel like a 2 piece would feel more solid vs my current 3 piece cue. I'm thinking I'd be better off with a two piece solid wood cue with a hard leather tip. What would be a decent cue for this or are they all about the same in that category?
Thanks as always for your help and input!
