Window help

I’m wanting to make a window Cue. I’ve rough cut my tube and sanded to 3000 grit on the inside. My I.D. is ~.975. I think I’m close to the dimension I see in this photo from Michael Webb, but I’m uncertain. I’m hoping to make the window clearer than it is. I seem to remember reading about using a compound on the inside ( like Meguiars/mirror glaze). Any help would be appreciated.

One picture looks very familiar.
Lol..... Nice

😎 it was suggested that I wet sand it. I did, and it did the trick. Y’all are amazing!!!
Looks real good, can’t wait to see the finished cue!👍

Fantastic job and what a beautiful cue, I am truly jealous. How much does she weigh? How long is the butt? What’s the total length of the cue?

Sincerely, thanks a lot for sharing.👍👍👍
Thank you. The weight is 15.4oz(butt), the shaft(30”) will be approx 4.3oz when complete, the over all length will be 59”.

Most any good auto clear coat buffing compound/material (not wax) will bring it crystal clear after sanding to 3000 grit. Same goes for the outside with no clear coat needed.
