Attention, One Pocket players!!
PoolActionTV is proud to present the Making It in America One Pocket tour.
We now have the first three stops scheduled.

Stop #1 is October 16-19 at The Brass Tap and Billiards in Raleigh, North Carolina. Player registration is at https://forms.gle/fKxvT1oMQjiP1YMp6

Stop #2 October 23-26 at The Rack in Livonia, Michigan. Player registration is at https://forms.gle/ZkxUz6aMWUuPcvEQA

Stop #3 November 6-9 at Billiard Breakdown in Rochester, New York player registration is at https://forms.gle/Qz7H5Pkt5YvS8DWbA

The Tour Points leader will receive a paid 2k entry to Buffalo's Pro Classic in May 2026.
Paid hotel room and $500 travel allowance
The runner-up will receive a $500 travel allowance.

Didn't sound Trumpy to me. It just didn't make sense. Making what in America? What the heck are they talking about? The "Making It in America One Pocket tour" also doesn't sound that great or flow off the tongue very easily either. Doesn't seem to be a great name choice at all but hopefully the tour does well.

i mean if it's for aspiring, lower ranked players trying to make it to the foremost, highest regarded one pocket tournament in america - buffalos - it kind of makes sense, no?

anyway. one pocket is good for humanity (that's actually a mahatma gandhi quote)

Sounds hypo inspiratu to me. Works like cheap advertising double talk too. Stir up interest, _they_ make it in America.
 
PoolActionTV, if you want more dead money you should raise your 620-739 FargoRate to 660-739. There’s a ton of 620-660 players that would love to play even if they don’t really like 1P but would love to get in a tournament to learn or match up.

I commend the effort however -- and just my personal opinion -- but if you're going to double the entry for the 619s and below to the 620-739s, you should also be doubling the entry for the the 740s and up.

Positively 100% correct Jim - first thing I thought when I read their poster...hard to believe they don't realize that - it's a no-brainer.
