FYI. he put a post on Facebook back in March that:

"My waiting list has been closed sense 2022...as I was booked through 2030 already by then, and had said that's enough for now! Once I get things caught up and re-evaluate the way I want to proceed with my list, I will post on the page"
 
Aaron usually makes a few extra cues for Super Billiards Expo. I'm not sure he plans to do so this year though. His cues are tip top tier quality.
 
i got to see a fancy cue in the wild randomly last night
a san antonio cue maker, inlaid swords in between brass rings with pretty woods

So DB you first ask what's the issue. There never was a issue.

Someone is nice enough to share some info that he isn't taking any orders. I comment he posted a lot of pictures of past work which to me means he is open to new work.

Now why don't you and Justin scrounge in your sofa cushions and see if you can find enough quarters to go play a couple games of pool. Don't forget to bring some towels so you can stuff the pockets.

seems like theres an issue its got you triggered enough to make a thread about the mans work and schedule, why not ask the man himself instead of the forum

So i was interested in his work and was hoping he had customers on az who could give me some insight as to their buying experience. As for asking him I am sure if he is bad to deal with he wouldn't be the 1 to tell me that.

He's just showing his current cue craft is what I think. I don't blame him for feeling proud. Aaron is a talented and solid gentleman who has kept his head down while striving toward the top echelon of USA cuemakers.

I owned one - I will say he makes a very tight playing cue. Impressed to be honest. mine had ivory joint / ivory ferrule and all ebony on a purple heart core. His cues have a thinner handle and a med stiff taper on the shaft for a nice playing cue - similar to a perry weston with respect to the butt taper / diameter. expensive - yes - sold mine and made some money
