Cannot upload pictures now???

Has there been a change ? I have posted pics since 2010 without issue.

Must be on my end--very strange

i use greenshot alot to capture the picture or send it from my phone to my email
then i save it in my documents and post using the icon to the left of the smiley face which takes me to my documents to attach and post

those icons pop up when you go to post a reply

I have always use my phone to my email...I think my old computor has issues--I tried on Facebook and same results just a black picture when uploaded--
