Yep, its pretty clear to me. They don't have to explain their policy or any changes to it, just has to be plain to see and it is.***Due to the tariff changes happening there are going to be a lot of price increases from various manufacturers and everyone is not as fast as us with updating their price. Until further notice and everything is figured out we are not price matching***
I would notice the part where they say they have the right to modify terms of service without notice at any time.I know that I am going to get a lot of hate for this post, but I am really annoyed, because I had Seyberts credit, and was hoping that they would honor their 110% Price Match Guarantee, that they have posted on their website.
I actually did not even know about the Price Match Guarantee that they have posted on their website, until after they told me that they changed their Policy on that, due to Tarrifs.
The thing that I did not undersrand is that the item that I wanted a price match on is from a US Cue company (Jacoby), so I tried explaining to them that there should be no Tariffs from US cue makers, but they replied back saying that the US made cues could be made from imported materials, so that is why the Tarifs still affected their policy change on the Price Match Guarantee.
Anyways, I have been shopping for shafts lately, and was actually surprised to see that Biggelbachs offers all of their Jacoby Ultra and Super Pro shafts for $315 (without any upgrades to the shaft / Stock tip, and standard length, of 29") .
And, by the way, I do not believe that Tarifs had anything to do with the price increase on these shafts.
They were around $250-$275 for the longest time, and I guess they finally raised their price to $350.
And, Biggelbachs offers all of their Jacoby Pro and Ultra Pro shafts for $315.
So, I figured it would be worth a try to ask Seyberts if they would be willing to do a price match on the same price that Biggelbachs offers their shaft for, and I fully expected a No answer, which is exactly what I got.
But, then I noticed the 110% Price Match Guarantee, that is posted at the bottom of their website.
So, if they no longer honor that, then I think that should be removed.
Anyways, I am just bummed that I could not use my credit towards that shaft, without having to pay their full price.
I think they should honor the guarantee that they have posted on their website.
Yep, standard boiler plate business lingo. They aren't hiding anything.I would notice the part where they say they have the right to modify terms of service without notice at any time.

Where is that part shown? I only noticed the 110% Price Match Guarantee.
they also reserve the right to change prices, policies, services without notice. they do however clearly state that the 110% deal is inactive. quit whining.Where is that part shown? I only noticed the 110% Price Match Guarantee.
Funny, while Justin is trying to squeeze $43 out of the Jacoby family, they already spent $ in anticipation of such.

they've been this price a while now. wth knows why B'back stuff is on sale. they might be overstocked on some that don't move. quit trying to outguess yourself. we're talking like 35-40bux and you're acting the fool. props. No, was just making a point that Biggelbachs offers those shafts for $315.
Wish I could have just gotten a refund, so that I could have gotten the shaft at the cheapest price that I could find it for.
How is that taking any money from Jacoby? They are the ones offering a very large wholesale discount to these dealers.
I assumed that is why Biggelbachs has the shaft priced at only $315.
These shafts were only $250, not that long ago.

I’m headed to the tire store. View attachment 877034
For some reason I always had a thing for big tires. More than TNA - size wise anyway. When the Goodyear fiberglass wide oval came out in the late sixties or early seventies it was the thing. I was a dealer so I put them on everything I owned plus my entire family's vehicles. I was paying $19.95 up for them! I think the biggest I used only cost about $35. Even my little ol' lady driver mother had wide ovals on her car. Cost me eighty dollars total mounted balanced and installed. There was an excise tax I couldn't avoid paying but still less than $90 for the set I put on mom's car! A hundred and a half for the set on my high performance car.
