Again, sounds like an Oscar problem. Why would that mean I have an Oscar problem? I didnt bet on the match, I don't give a shit who won(although id prefer it be Oscar) they both played on the same table, yes or no?
Those clowns go everywhere with him, what's so hard to understand about that. It’s not the table. If you watched the match and don’t understand why the environment was hostile to Oscar and not to his opponent, I can’t help you.
The highlight of the stream/commentating is when I could hear them clipping the kid’s toe nails in the background.Dunnski is all good....but one trashy dude. Just F bombs and screaming kid up at 3am....and people wonder why pool goes nowhere.
Feel sad for Oscar. The last "pro" with any gamble. WNT puritanized all of them. Oscar's game has certainly peaked and these lesser know guys who gamble nonstop are tough action. I guess it doesn't really matter so long as Oscar can find a stream of backers.
Must be nice betting other people's money! Had people bet with me many times, just never took a slice of their winnings.
Pool and gambling are almost history....
You don’t believe in home field advantage? Will that change in California? He didnt go to the moon for Christ's sake. Travel???![]()

General impression I get is he's too conservative anyway. Frinstense: set 2, 19 to whatever Taulito (lol) was on, he has an out for 20 - he safes the first ball. That's all she wrote.table was fine. oscar played sub-par, that's why he lost. he laid some great safeties, on himself. i rooted for oscar but that's how it went down
the homeroom clowns weren't that bad. raulito was slow, but oscar's no speed demon himself. i would be chocked if he blamed anything other than his own play
No.You don’t believe in home field advantage?
Seriously? Buddy told me yrs ago one of THE toughest things to do in pool is playing a guy in his home spot, on equipment that he's super used to and a friendly home crowd. Home field advantage exists for sure.
I've played all over the country and honestly think I personally play better at other rooms.Seriously? I'm gonna have to agree with you. I've never seen anything like it, in my 25 years of playing and watching pool. Was it illegal or against the rules? Not at all. Did it work? AbsolutelyOn day one Raulito was not stalling by cleaning the table and wiping down his shaft after every shot.
He clearly realized he couldn't beat Oscar on skill and devised a plan to take Oscar out of his game.
It worked, to the detriment of the game.
So why are you speaking for everyone else? You said you were a 600...I've played all over the country and honestly think I personally play better at other rooms.
Making excuses after the fact is different than saying those factors don't matter.
If you go into a competition injured, they play a factor on the outcome.
If you know the "conditions" and play anyways you don't make excuses.
They're different things.

You'll get no argument from me on that.sure, but no matter if he felt sick or whatever, his play was sub-par. he's a 790 something player but kept snookering himself
I get that to some extent. There is a certain freedom that comes from not knowing anyone and no one knowing you. But to deny home field advantage as a whole is flat out bananas.I've played all over the country and honestly think I personally play better at other rooms.
I heard banjos playing...The highlight of the stream/commentating is when I could hear them clipping the kid’s toe nails in the background.
