Paid xpool the 49.99 for "Full Event Pass BEST VALUE
All games: 10-Ball, 9-Ball Banks, One Pocket, 9-Ball & Final Day" Instant access, Watch on any device, HD streaming, VOD replays
That's their own words on the purchase page.
I am only getting Bigfoot steam and NO links to outer tables that are streaming. But there is a link on xpool for 24.99 for multi table access on digitalpool.
Anybody else not getting outer tables for the 49.99? I also posted a message along with others complaining on xpool community board,,,, I have no real expectation that they will answer or address the issue.

It seemed quite clear it was only the Arena table, unless you have never purchased/watched a Derby stream before. There will be very little Banks unfortunately, as usual.

Yep…you paid 50 for one table. All the others are through digital pool. Rip off in my opinion. One the wire creative is streaming all the outer tables for free. They should have left it like it was. Also Railyard just sold and announced new ownership this week. X pool is a Railyard product.

iirc accustats used to charge more? plus stream quality is higher. i miss TPA though.

some of the outer table matches are syndicated to other streamers and free to watch on youtube:

Here are their own words - seems pretty clear - you leave out the part indicating main stage/arena which isn't quite fair and obviously different from the outer tables, which you do mention. I wouldn't call it a "scam", just one of those read carefully and evaluate other options kind of things. Messed up like that myself once when not knowing there might be other options for viewing (can't remember the event and it's been awhile) and found that some good checking on here and elsewhere was a good idea when trying to figure out how to best watch different pool events.

I’m not a genius but all you have to do is look at where it says’outer tables’.

DCC. There is one TV table. The main area includes the TV table and the tables behind the TV table. The outer tables includes the tables on the sides of the main arena plus some tables upstairs. I purchased the 'Best Value' $49.95 which included the main area and the TV table.
This is an outright SCAM.

It’s not main “area” it’s the main “arena” stage and it's one table surrounded by seating. Anyway, sorry you didn't get what you thought you got, but not seeing "scam" since you got what they said you'd get. Again, sorry you didn't get what you wanted.

I'm a long time PPV purchaser for the DCC, and the way it was worded on xpool's site was def confusing. It tripped up a lot of people. They could have made it crystal clear, such as:

PPV Choices, pick one:
1) PPV of the main TV table only. One single table the whole event, with full production and commentary of each match.
2) PPV of ALL the outer tables only. Still camera, no commentary. Main TV table from option 1 is NOT included.
3) PPV of both option 1 and 2 above.

I've also seen ppl on FB complain that they bought the digitalpool all table access a month ago for the DCC, and thought they were getting the TV table too.

The whole thing was ambiguous. This is also the first year (I believe) where all the outer tables were available for stream purchase.

That UI/UX is pretty sleazy. Most people will make assumptions about what a “full event pass” means. The text bragging about it being “all games” is highlighted much more prominently than the caveat that it’s just the main table.

LOL, had to look up "UI/UX".

The only people making assumptions are the ones who can't be bothered to read it - it's posted above and "all games" isn't highlighted but "Main Arena" is and right below it - "main stage" and who doesn't know what that is?

I agree with the post above that says it could have been written in a different way, but the way it was written isn't hard to understand and . . . you have to read it. So claims of "scam" and "sleazy" are exaggerations.
