THAT's what happened.

Use to be I could get people with IT chops walk you through simple diagnostics. Now it's all foreigners on commission for the service tickets.
I'm actually a consultant acting as a corporate trainer for Cognizant right now. Their hires are all native english speakers here in the states that we're training for tier 1 help desk which is pretty much almost unheard of today in IT.
