30 years ago farmers in southern Minnesota liked to have their corn planted by the 1st week of May.6 weeks earlier than that would be mid to late March. I don't see anyone planting corn in southern Minnesota in March. No, nice try. I have been a farmer my entire life. I’m 67. The change in the weather is dramatic, and undeniable. The advances in seed technology and seed treatments, have taken advantage of the change in the weather, which is dramatic. This technology would have no effect, if the climate hadn’t changed.
