What Tip,Tip size, Taper. Shaft type do today Players use??? Okay I will add Cue Name Brand!!!
 
When playing three cushion I use a Tiger shaft with a Euro taper. The tip is 12.25 and I usually have layered medium tip also from Tiger. I like the shaft.
 
Meucci Original Classic shaft 13mm with an Ultraskin Ivory Hard tip.
I have placed an order for a 12.5mm Keilwwod shaft with same tip from tg_vegas which should be here in about 8 weeks.
I mostly play 8 ball.

is the new shaft for 3 cushion?

I have an s30 in that length/ taper/ mm and it is a fine shaft.

I have a older e71 s30 too and it has a hardHARD tip on it. Plays better but tip is closer to 11.5.

Looks like it is a cue model for martin horn.

And, actual ebony too, forearm and buttpiece.

I liked the way the g2s play...till I didn't.
