My money is always on Pedro. He's about two tenths ahead of the field still.

I am too. I went to the horse track once and bet on a horse/ jockey combination that seemed unbeatable.
I bet $5 and I won. The lady at the window gave me $5.25 back at looked at me like I was pitiful.

Is there a beginners guide video of how to play 3 cushion? At least this version as I know there is more than one variation to this game.
I've always liked watching the game but never actually stopped to learn how it is played.

Here's a video I did about 15 years ago, demonstrating the different 'Categories' of Basic 3 Cushion shots!
The simplicity and static nature of always having 3 balls within the 2d playing surface is what makes the game so appealing, imo.
(Though I did jump the edge of a ball once and got the NO frown
