I don’t think that I would call 911 - first I would like him to deal with another senior citizen - me . His actions require more than our broken criminal justice system to be stopped - perhaps some street justice as a starter.

You really think getting yourself arrested and then handing some slimeball and his lawyer $15k so they don't sue you is a good idea?

Seriously.

Cant do that in the scenario described?

Put the popo on the pos or don't.

Deal with pos yourself and end up the defendant who has to pay the pos in the longer run and throw in a short jail stay bonus.
Exactly....It's cheaper to get robbed and be happy you did not get hurt... Been there. The lawyer and aggravation is a nightmare. Let it go...let the pro's handle it.

After you beat the scumbag to within an inch of his life, leave without introducing yourself. Definitely don't leave your business card. I agree with everyone else, don't get yourself arrested.

I have one strand of hair... It most likely would remain at the crime scene with yellow tape around it and a number

takeout the part in your post about him robbing. if he isnt proven guilty or even so, you can be sued for it. so be careful what you post about someone.

any you guys that threaten violence on the net about things. if you ever get arrested for something, all that will be evidence of your character against you the jury sees.
