Any organization that doesn't see Ultimate Pool as a threat has their head in the sand.

They have come up with something that people outside of pool junkies just might want to watch. Fast and friendly matches using a game that millions know.

I love the sport but virtually any live match is too tedious for me to sit through.

I agree with you. I watch the occasional one pocket match until I start screaming shoot at the TV.

Pool was way better done in the style that TV did it years ago.

I don't need to see the 1 minute between shots. I need to see the shots.

Frankly I get more enjoyment from watching Ultimate Pool. It may not be for the purist/s, but it's certainly entertaining.

I looked into this and there is a subscription to it on Ultimate Pools website and this made me think that there is also a subscription to Digital Pools website neither are cheap. One is $10 and the other is $7.99. I can't help but wonder how many people have subscribed to watch Amateur Pool?

it is boring to me as well.

but having a short clock and one that gets even shorter with the match ending early, is a great way to do it for tv.

creates extra strategies and punishes the slower players.

You need a subscription for the European events. Every minute of the Ultimate Pool USA has been streamed for free on YouTube..

A subscription for YouTube Premium is well worth it in my opinion, all of the pool that is available and no ads is excellent.

I watch a ton of YT videos. Pool, gardening, baking, cooking, do-it-yourself jobs. $15 a month, with no discounted annual plan, might seem like a bit much, but it is worth it to me.

It’s the same with the WNT, ask Filler and Appleton what happens when you fall in Princess Emily’s bad graces.

What’s hilarious is there are people here that think these organizations are good for the players and the game. All they're interested in is making a buck, the players and the game are just a means to an end for them. That doesn’t change because there are people here that stand in line to kiss at their ass and tell them how wonderful they are.
