2026 Reyes Cup - October 15-18

Gorst and SVB have looked very shaky.

They can't blame the pressure of having to carry Tyler and Thorpe this time.

yea but feels like i've seen fedor struggle quite often with first day slick cloth. the difference is that in majors he plays numpties

Boyes just referred to Thorpe as a six-time Mosconi Cup champion. I think it's zero, but good comedy value. OK, it is two. My bad.

At 3-3, Januarta golden break sends Filler back to his seat.

Pros hate golden breaks, but most fans, this one included, loves them.

Looks like Biado tried to dump to SVB in rack 8. Shane scratched on his first turn and missed on his second. Biado sold out on a turn with ball in hand and a dead out, but Shane sold out, too, so it didn't matter.

Very forgettable team match with generally mediocre play. Asia 1 ROW 0.

The 5 didn't pass the 9 and there wasn't an easy way to play short side on that I know of. I still would expect better from Biado if he were playing at his best but it didn't seem completely unforgivable like missing the 9 ball early in the march.

Yes, but he misplayed onto the three despite having ball in hand to get onto it. Getting to the short side of the five was kid stuff, but not after getting wrong on the four, a mistake Carlo should not have made starting with ball in hand. Yes, a dead out.

Capito/Biado vs Filler/Pecelj. Josh snookered Aleksa in rack one, and Aleksa wasn't up to the difficult jump shot, so Asia jumps in front.

I enjoyed the team match. Mediocre play, yes? Twenty-four misses combined. Tells me there were a lot of nerves on both sides. Some shocking misses and misplays on positioning. Made the team match more unpredictable.

True, but I can get unpredictable watching two Fargo 650 players matching up. I watch the best because I like excellence, not unpredictability.
