Thanks, this is what I come up with too. But, then again, I'm just using a spreadsheet and working alongside my father and combined we only have a little experience in producing events and dealing with people spreading false information.

We produce the event. We have obtained Diamond as a naming-rights sponsor. We pay entry fees for people/players that we donate them to, such as our previous champion and the winners of the tours mentioned.

Why would you guess that? We wouldn't mention that they receive paid entries if someone else was paying them. We donate a free paid entry to each tour for them to award to their champion. So, we add that money to the prizepool.

Umm, you just said we advertised a "dotted Cue Ball". We didn't advertise the Measle Ball. They are different things, and we were careful not to say the "Measle Ball" since that is what it is clearly identified as.
