    Lets talk gloves...(poll)

Yeah thats my problem, plus I really just don't like putting talcum or baby powder on my hands because then I have to keep putting more and more on and it's just a pain, easier to put a glove on and not worry about it.

    The good olde days

Yeah no kidding, I am sitting here, 22 and this is something I wish I could do but your right, the money and the action just is to few and far between that it really would make things tight. Oh and as far as the kids in the pool hall cursing and loud music and everything like that I am right...

Mike Howerton -I am having trouble to get in

Well to be honest with you, like I said, AOL software tends to be pretty restrictive, thats why I recommend to anyone who uses it as a dial-up provider (As I have in the past when my high speed internet goes out) is to just dial in, minimize the AOL browser and just use Internet Explorer...

    The good olde days

Yeah I know, nowadays you would need to have a good chunk of money saved up to bankroll yourself on the road if you decided to actually do it, I know I would like nothing but to have a huge chunk of money, a dependable car and my clothes and stuff in the back and go around the country playing...

Mike Howerton -I am having trouble to get in

Sounds like to me that AOL's software either has intermittent issues with something involved with the forum itself, personally I don't like AOL and I hate hearing about people using it (I work in the Technical Support department of a big ISP), if you use AOL for your internet service provider...

    Poolhall does not replace chalk?

All I can really say to this is to each their own, I just don't like the blue chalk myself so it really comes down to personal taste, so no I don't take insult to that comment, not playing with black chalk is your call, playing with black chalk is mine *shrugs* it happens.

    Poolhall does not replace chalk?

Actually the reason is because I have not seen many people at all using the black chalk, plus I have been able to find it at a little cheaper price than the regular chalk. As far as using it on other peoples tables I try to clean it up as best I can, most places don't mind either way.

    Poolhall does not replace chalk?

I have made it a habit to play with my own chalk, and not only that but I have a box of black masters chalk, I keep a piece in my pocket chalker and keep the rest of the box in my cue case to let my friends use because I don't trust the chalk at the bars I play at. And as far as chalk 'thiefs'...

    Looking to change tip selection

Yeah I haven't used a Tip Pik as all, I have one of those ultimate tip tools with the shapers, scuffer, etc.. alll in one. As far as everything else, Sniper sounds like what I am going to do as far as a tip now, I just need to figure out what I am going to do with my current cue weather I am...

    Hard Break vs Soft Break

This is true, I was basing what I was saying in the second paragraph off what I stated in the first one of that I base how hard I break the rack on the table, but your right, sometimes the best break is the soft break, as long as it works for you. Although you got to admit, it would make you...
