Yep, that's the place. It's the only pool hall within a pretty cosiderable distance for the area. Next closest hall is Munster to the west and South Bend to the east, as far as I know.

Some cuemakers will sleeve the joint with phenolic, then sleeve the wood over the phenolic. This gives the wood some additional protection as the phenolic will take up the majority of the force during use.
