The cue stroke length has been updated. If you have not updated your version, just click on Check for Update on the main menu to download the patch. You may also need to adjust you mouse sensitivity depending on what kind of mouse you have, that is in Settings/Mouse. You should set it low enough...

We did have a server issue that prevented registration. It should work now. Virtual Pool 4 had some issues on some computers. An update has been posted. If you are still having problems, email me at vp4@celeris.com To get the patch just start VP4, select Check for Update off the Main Menu.

Not goofy at all. VP does have the player ability settings including mental settings. Some things you mentioned like break speed are not currently in it but most of them are.
