I agree Jeremy Jones is one of the best I've heard. Hes intelligent and knows the game well and has a good sounding voice for commentary.

I'd pay 3 spots up to 32 players and do a 60% 1st, 30% second and 10% third. If 3rd ends up being less than the entry fee then round up till its at entry fee. How all tournaments in my area are. Friday tournament regularly brings in 40-50 players every Friday and they only pay 3 spots.

Valley St. has 2 diamond pro am's and tables are very nice. they have 9 ball tournaments on thursdays. Airway has more people usually but most of the tables are kind of rough but some really good players frequent both places. Then Michael's is only 35-40 minute drive from Dayton.
