slim on the tag reads san diego slim 4427 Georgia 597-9845,this is what was on the tag when i bought it,pretty nice case.

San Diego Slim I bought a cue case on ebay a ways back,on the tag it read San Diego Slim and a phone #.The case looks to be 30yrs old or so.Also has the key to open it up attached to the dog tag.
