I have an Eddie Ferris cue and I assure you his points take 2nd place to none. It is definately a players cue but it is also one of the finest cues I have seen. I am still impressed every time I look at it.

Actually the bottom line is that the customer is not satisfied. Period. End of story. Refund whatever would be appropriate and let him take it to someone else. No one is going to win this one.

C'mon..second opinions are ALWAYS given by someone else that does the work also. Thats why expert witnesses are actually experts..they do or have done the job themselves before. Obviously the only people competent to say whether a refinish job is up to par is someone who actually refinishes...

It has been suggested that those cuts or whatever came from the manufacturer that way. No comments on the way this was handled but I know Mr Justice posts here and I would like him to state he would have allowed that case out new to a customer that way. I just can't see him sending it out...

A very interesting diatribe that unfortunantly may go unnoticed and unappreciated as the intended target may be on one of his "I quit this game" low (or high depending on how you look at it) cycles. :)

And honestly I think most people are clicking because of the same reason I did. I was a little mislead. Your heading doesn't mention it is a J/B cue and so I clicked expecting a playing cue. We are used to folks differentiating between the two. JMO.
