So how are we getting an SVB vs Filler L16 match? When another L16 match is Thorsten/Hubner vs Alnar/Makkonen?

The seeds look right to me from a glance. Seed 1vs2 would be in the finals, and indeed Yapp and Biado were at the extreme ends of the 256 man bracket.

Either way, I fancy Shane's chances in a shorter race, so it might work in his advantage.
How do you figure? One is 5's the other is in the teens. Should they match up in the finals? Or the last 4? Or the last 8? Or the last 16 like they did? If your answer is the last 4, where should seeds 1 2 3 and 4 have met?
And it goes by the lowest seed. So since Shane is much lower than Filler in the seedings, him playing Filler in last 16 is due to Shane's low seed.

There definitely is an agenda against Shane within Matchroom.
Scott Frost on commentary was saying that if Shane doesn't make the top 3 for Mosconi Cup points, then he would pick Bergman as wild card over SVB.
