And Yes this a serious question for USBA/ or other 3C Org Tournament// Like Carom Cafe Tournament... Since I'm a non - member and cannot get on/in their forum

Why would you think emailing USBA would get me an answer?

You be surprised what I might do/know>>> Yes an emailed was send to USBA, and no reply in a week!!! I really know USBA Doesn't control the touranment!!

Obviously, You missed the country mentioned in the article is the USA!

The 'World Org. (UMB)' held on the avg. Only (5) tournaments per year for 40 years!

For 'Millions' of 3C players around the world!

Fundraising is a function of nationality?

40 years of tournaments indicates a stable source of funding exists.

Irrespective of the orgazational label, securing sustainable funding is the basis for growth and longevity of any enterprise/ sport.
