The app likely starts you at 0, or without a rating. “Starter ratings” are typically done by LOs or TOs, who are supposed to be unbiased (unlike you). It doesn’t matter where you started once you’ve got 200 games in, though. Your preliminary rating gradually has less weight on your way to 200.

Sounds right. My 12.5 Rhino has a PP of 15” (my 12.5 Cynergy is 14”). Note that I measure from CB to bridge, not tip to bridge. So a 15” PP is about 14” from tip for my typical address distance.
