No Pro Events in the West

When I win a huge lottery I will sponsor a huge tournament here in Denver. How about a $1000,000 payout. That will draw a lot of top players and under table deals. And it won't be on the kiddie tables.

    Value for money price point?

Any cue over $500 and you are just paying for extra bells and whistles. $500 or so will get you a perfectly good playing cue.

Allison fisher, have you seen her play lately?

I was watching her play at a tournament on billiards TV and she played horrible. Missing rather easy shots and position. She looked nothing like arguably the best women player ever. What happened? She is not that old 56 or so.

    Meucci sale....???

I have to disagree here. In a moment of near insanity in about 1985 I sold an Ebony Schon and bought a Meucci. That Meucci did everything with much less effort then the Schon. Draw, follow spin much easier.

    Meucci sale....???

Here's a problem I see. Let's assume that the new owners have ramped up the quality of the cues that they are now making. If you order a cue what are the chances you get old stock made before the ownership change?

    Cue tip replacement (how often?)

I have 3 cues and 6 shafts and rotate playing with all of them and I only play about 4 hours a week. I can't remember the last time I had a tip replaced.
